We are a company dedicated to all things airsoft. We have a large store in Orange, California, as well as other companies related to airsoft. We have been in business since 1999, starting as a wholesale distributor. Our staff are all experienced airsoft enthusiasts and we really enjoy what we do. What We Sell
Everything we sell is backed by a warranty. We have great confidence in our gear as we carry top name brands. If you purchase a spring gun, please remember these are for beginners and collectors. Eye protection is always important, even for these guns. Let us help you match your needs to our products.
We also buy broken or used Tokyo Marui AEGs. Call us for a quote. We'll give you cash or credit towards a new purchase.
Service and Custom
Upgrades
We service and upgrade all the AEGs we sell. We test and chronograph each one after the work is provided, so we ask about a week or two on modifications. We don't make "package" builds online. Why? Because each customer is different. We also want to talk about batteries. In most cases the stronger spring will need a stronger battery in order to maximize the FPS. Sure it may work, but you won't get maximum FPS. If you want a custom gun, email us with what you are looking for as it relates to cost, FPS and reliability. If your gun comes to us for repair, our minimum diagnostic costs are $35. We'll tell you what's wrong with your gun and apply the labor to the repair, if you agree to have us do the repair. All our repairs and upgrades are guaranteed for 30 days. Call us at the number on the site or send us an email.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30 day return policy.
If you don’t like what you bought from us, you can return it for your money back minus
a 15% restocking fee or full credit toward something else in our store. The
following rules apply:
- The gun MUST be undamaged,
and in good working order. We expect you will have used it a little.
- It MUST have the original
orange paint on the tip, the muzzle cap that came with it, the original
bag of bbs, the cleaning rod and loading tool, and all manuals. It must have 100% of the items that came with it.
- Be sure to pack the gun well as you will be responsible if anything is broken
on the gun, even if it occured on the shipment back to us. Anything broken or missing will decrease your refund or credit.
- We're not rocket scientists, but we can tell if you dropped it, used it as a hammer or abused it. If this is the case, you will NOT be entitled to a refund. If there is any question about a return,
please email us or call us and we will clear up any misunderstandings.
- If it arrives in a
damaged condition, contact us immediately! Do not accept the package if
the shipping container appears damaged in any way. This will allow us to
charge the shipping company for any damage to the gun or accessories inside.
- The cost of shipping
the items you ordered back to us is not covered unless you are returning
the item for repairs in the first 30 days. We will issue you a credit for
that amount that you can use towards other items in our store.
- Special Order items (those items we don't sell online) and modified guns (where we upgrade the gearbox before you receive it) are not returnable. If you are not sure, call us and we'll give you all the information you'll need to make a good decision.
- No items will be accepted
for return or refund without a return authorization. Email us or call us to arrange for the return.
